Tecnologies

At our production facility in San Giuliano Milanese, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, we operate over 40 automatic and semi-automatic production lines. These lines are capable of producing both large and small batches of complex stamped components, ensuring the highest levels of precision and productivity.

In addition to production, we also carry out both automatic and semi-automatic assembly operations.

Thanks to continuous investments in technology and the experience gained over the years, we have enhanced our machinery with co-designed and fully customized systems tailored to our clients’ needs. This allows us to deliver products that perfectly match their requirements, combining innovation with reliability.

Design, Engineering, Prototypes

Creativity, problem-solving skills, and deep expertise in sheet metal forming (stamping) processes are the core pillars in the development of our dies.

Our design and engineering department leverages the most advanced CAD/CAM systems to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Understanding our clients’ needs in depth is essential: our designers and toolmakers work closely with them from the earliest design stages, with the goal of developing and optimizing the entire process.

Tooling: construction and maintenance of progressive dies for mass production

OMAB’s tooling department offers a comprehensive service, ranging from the production soft tools prototype dies to the construction of highly complex and efficient progressive dies.
